They have sold more than 1 billion since last November



Are you sure about that? Last known maximum free trading is 1,141,908,603.

Also hasn't been any dilution since the last share increase.

Not sure how you came to the conclusion "they are desperate for cash". No information available points to that. Quite the contrary.
