Thats exactly right. Thats why I stated, they don't care about shareholders, they want those shares to dilute themselves and suck the blood out of companies like this. Thats why Eric wouldn't get a chance to buy a plane ticket or take off to NYC on an extended stay with the Int'l sales manager without their blessing sign off. No collateral...no loan. R/S is the logical option here unless some dope steps up. Now its up to Eric to put the good spin on R/S and then to say good bye to the old and start blogging for the new.
