I do not understand how the "CHILL LIST" business works. In my accounts at AMTD and Interactive Brokers (Both IRA's) I have not been able make new buys of MMTC for the last month or so. But I have been able to buy MMTC at OptionsXpress (non IRA account) with no problem during the so called CHILL period. GLTA
