Who's your broker account with? Some won't are not penny friendly. Need to switch to a different broker like Scottrade. Hardly ever run across that problem with them. Have once with trying to buy BCAP and they wouldn't deal with that stock.
You really need to hear what the CC are all about or just call the CEO or COO and talk to them personally. Have a few times and they are very professional and in general good people. Once the name change takes place, retire 5b (that five billion) shares, show us what kind of rev they have this stock should fly. Do more DD and stop listening to the bashers will help.
