Right you are Paco, The merger is not put on hold but it takes time to complete mergers and OPMG is no different. Sad that in Options PR they suggested a completion date of Feb 12th. That was an unrealistic timeline but it is typical of most of OPMG's press releases. The new management will stabilize that problem in the near future.

BTW, the merger you mentioned was also supposed to close on Feb 12th and that hasn't been finalized yet either. Not suggesting that the two compare, but one has no problem coming up with the cash on demand. OPMG not so much and the amount of paper that must be filed and finalized is a great expense...
