" The only thing worse than a continuation would be if the judge threw out the case."....Your quote here protrays misinformation by saying "Only Thing Worse" and expecting others to think that continuation is a bad thing when it is exactly the opposite! It is a good thing and shows defendents have a weak case as I well know because I had a case against folks that kept continuations going for 13 months which eventually got to a jury trial, and I won my case against this contractor who did inferior work on my property!....Please be more objective on what is really going on instead of throwing out a negative which only provides confusion to those who do not know what a continuation really is!...Thanks...Tif
