ATTD and BRVO - this may be well known but is everyone aware that ATTD is apparently now the defunct Bravo! foods?

BRVO is suspended by the SEC today and I note that all Bravo! drink patents have been "sold" to Attitude. ATTD drinks are all milk based just like the Bravo drinks and ATTD and BRVO are both North Palm Beach companies. Makes me wonder why Attitude drinks will be a big hit when Bravo drinks were (are) a complete failure?
