I understand the risk but the fact still stands, you can buy 50,000 shares with $1,000. The stock was once worth $1/share. The math pretty much does itself.

There is a risk of loss any time you invest. That risk is 1 billion times higher with penny stocks, but so is the potential reward. these go hand in hand in investing.

As per your question of why the stock is falling, i will admit that it is possible that the company doesn;t actually do a damn thing except write PR's, which arent even that good. However, you must admit there is another very likely scenario: it is worth it for somebody to deflate this stock. Yes, Spinelli sold off millions of shares at it's peak, but now he can also buy them back at 2% of the value he sold them at. Just saying, if Spinelli is creating a PR roller coaster, it might be for other reasons that company instability.

Just my 2 cents. Obviously somebody disagrees because they are selling at 1.45 cents....
