To Erics defense, I would be doing the same thing he is doing if I were cut from the same cloth as he is.(Thank goodness I'm not) I would be diluting daily to the tune 0f 10-15 mil shares a day as he is. With the transfer agent gagged its easy to disguise this volume as traders ..LOL Get the cash out asap and gear up for a brand new business plan getting ready to sell to the new shareholders he has to get in the fold after he announces the R/S. jmo...lol
