Question/thought. Let me preface this by saying I am long ATTD and hoping for the best here. I let a little synicism slip into my thoughts this morning.

Is it possible a company would post a PR about increased sales with no real numbers attached to it and at the same time put some sell orders in a little above the current ask price in an effort to sell into a short lived rally to raise cash? Or is the company required to file with the SEC prior to selling shares and my negative thinking has no merit?

The PR states that online sales have already surpassed all of 2011 online sales, does anyone know what 2011 online sales amounted to? This would allow us to put some real numbers behind this information.

Thanks.
