So far, I've found that as long as you get in early with TD there's not a problem. I've had issues where I bought APS plays in the past with them fine but once I sold, I wasn't able to buy back again.

All depends on how the stock behaves. There's always a good chance of them not allowing it after large volume run ups but initially I believe you're fine.
