bronte, it does not bother me either way what the PPS does on either share, as I am neither long or short on either (apart from my one. It does bother me a bit that Private Investors may be being sucked in by misleading PRs and will end up losing money they can ill afford to lose, however I have done and am doing my little bit to ensure the information is in the public domain so if peopel want to / bother to look they can make an informed decision. But I should not have to do this at all the companies should not be pushing out misleading info / avoiding correcting / clarifying the misleading info their partner is putting out.

I do not know how to get the message through to Malc B, but maybe the next time Black G0ld is having a chat with Tim B after a conference he could explain that in order to be trusted with ordinary people's money he needs to not just meet the letter of the regulations on disclosure of information, but the spirit of them as well. If for no other reason, with the power of the internet ordinary people will find out when you are not telling them the whole truth.
