Interesting that a similar pattern happened to N$R$. APS started to tweet about the stock one week earlier, making it their official pick only one week later. IMO is simple. They have a name/brand that they want to protect. If the stock starts to trade as they would like and they see potential (e.g. the company's management not sc**wing up), they will make it their official pick. If not, they were just talking about some company.
