Thats why as little or as tight a share structure with LIMITED dilution will be key for prospectors/explorers and developers and producers.Unfortunately as ugly as this sounds...cash is king .the companies ...see riverside resources or any other tight share structured co. hell bent on protecting shareholders will be the jewels of the junior nile.Tighter share structure equals STRONGER HANDS and less manipulation.Keep it simple folks.i try too.All the monday morning geologists are not helping!!I own 3 businesses.Balance sheet and income statement TELL ALL...Talk about your fulcrum/hinge points and ill talk cash flow and tight share structure...peace geologists..lol
