Should hit CNBC now. SO, are you going to hang on to the Molycorp stock that comes with the deal?
This aquisition changes the face of MCP in a way I didn't quite expect. Got any near to mid term thoughts? Of course closing of deal is a few months off but whatever.

I'm thinking;
Near term - MCP should accelerate while people get their heads around it? (disclosure:not currently holding MCP)
Mid term - little or no change
Long term - we're all dead.
