Yeah, I'm not saying they should rush anything and just release premature info to appease impatient investors. I'm saying that when that info is released, among other factual information, that is when the big surge will happen. In retrospect, did this go into pennies when it should have upon announcing the product and contracts? no, for some reason it didn't. This PR has less of a game-changing body to it, so I will go ahead and forecast that the PPS will have less of a surge. This PR did something though, and that is bring a little confidence back, which is always welcome. GL
