After doing a little DD, I decided it was not much of a company, and bought more CHRI on dips, not HBRM.
HBRM HQ is in a private residence in a neighborhood in New Jersey, sales are negligible, and they have unresolved complaints with BBB. Even the CEO, Dr. Agnes, comes up with no positive hits in a google search.
I'm having trouble seeing what CHRI sees in HBRM, other than maybe tax loss carry-forwards, and a U.S. listed company. Not much there, other than that.
