Been doing fine 56. The wife and are emplimenting a new sleep strategy for the girls this week in order to get them in bed earlier. Its working so far. Doesn't seem to have slowed progress any so I believe we are in the clear. Warmer months means you will need to finish that investment property. How is that project?
