If DD wasn"t such a greedy bastard by trying to squeeze every last penny out of clyw, and by screwing us at every turn, maybe things would be better for all of us.
IMO, the judge in this case overreached in his decision. The case before him was to declare the voting illegal and return the seat to DW.
All this other stuff,ordering it to shutting down the co. and killing it, was way over what the plantiff asked for.
