Such a general, nonspecific statement is the exact kind of statement others claim make a weak and unreliable PR. If so, then that statement cannot be used to back up the claim that 2011 sales were extraordinarily low. Further, the semantics involved here make the actual sales amount for 2011 totally unpredicatable.
