Ask Storm to correct the dates on the last line of page 3 where it states Feb 3, 2011 in regards to the Chancery Court proceedings going to trial and the judges opinion being issued on Feb 8, 2011. This is critical as he was attempting to lay out a chronological history as to WHY we were not delaying and it should read 2012 to positively & correctly show this was a recent event. Not to mention it's factually inaccurate.
