I do not think the company is diluting but IF they are, here are the results.

The company has 750Mil shares authorized. There has been no Reg.D filed to increase this so that is considered our maximum. Using that number and being most conservative to valuate where we should currently be...

100,000 oz. x $1650 per oz. = $165,000,000 (value of gold in ground)
$165,000,000 / 2 = $82,500,000 (GDSM share)
$82,500,000 / 750,000,000 shares = $0.11 / share

So, $0.11 per share fully diluted and that is with no PE and using the conservative volume of gold in ground. Why are we still trading at these levels?
