They spell it out right on their website on how they plan to achieve their goal of $100 million.

Worst case scenario, the O/S goes up to 500 million.

If they achieve $100M with a 500M O/S, it is still a .20 per share stock without any multiplier.

That just tells me that we are headed up no matter what IMHO.
