IIG guides for a poor Q4, and the stock is taking a big hit today (mitigated somewhat by all the happy shorts taking their profits today).

Estimates were for 0.24 - 0.28 in the quarter, company estimates they'll make 0.03 - 0.04.

Imergent has been beset by lawsuits surrounding its product and customer service policies.....

Texas lawsuit still unresolved, looks like the uncertainty could linger for a while. I'm out at the open today after taking some lumps.
