I agree with you that if that is there intention, to grow mass amounts of weed, to convert into oils than its going to be very profitable.

But also the risk is there that the facility could be shut down, and all crops lost in 1 raid... This is what scares me in a industry you hear about people being raiding daily...

If they are producing a cancer extract cream to cure cancer, I would have a hard time thinking the Feds will shut that down, they would be asking for opposition. But if they are using a massive grow to reduce cost the downside of that is very dramatic as well.

Anywho, I am pro pot, and pro curing cancer, I would just like to see something happen before I continue on dreaming that everything they are telling us will be a screaming success.
