Hi Antonio,
I've been getting a swarm of emails concerning SNDY and unfortunately our email system was compromised. We were only recently able to retain services from the sequence of intrusions and are doing everything in our power to get this resolved. We are working furiously to find out who hacked our system and are terribly sorry for the confusion lately. We have not put out ANY news since November 5th, 2009 and unfortunately someone was able to place outside news sources that are COMPLETELY FALSE stating that we announced the retirement of 150 million common shares and successfully completed Level I FDA inspection. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and ask that investors understand we are not liable for news sources not DIRECTLY STATED from the company. We are working to solve this immediately however and thank you for your concern.
