Surf-Needs to have the big shots of the company put out some kind of warm and fuzzy PR.

Address the future oil production and exactly what the shares are being used for and who has them and if there restricted or not.

This thing is doomed with the amount of shares outstanding. Whoever wants to can sell at anytime to get some of their money back or keep the price down..
