I guess it depends what the Co. mgt. motives were. Know if they were just scam artist that pump and dump their own stock, which is very illegal or just in it to sell worthless shares and use promoters to scam others then I think it is legit to blame management. If on the other hand they are honest guys or gals doing their best for shareholders and themselves but fail that is forgiveable. It just depends if they honestly tried their best and were truthful.
