Where's that 20% gain from the news today!!?? Like I said, both potential and current investors are tired on no legally binding agreements (CONTRACTS) in the news releases...always fluff!! Notice the volume is almost down to null also!!

You can have intentions to do anything in the world...doesn't mean your going to do it!!! And there is nothing that binds you to your intentions!!! That is all a letter of intent is!!!
