We haven't had an update of share structure since June 30 2011.

That is a long time and unacceptable.

Kuni could be selling shares in a private placement?

Kuni could be dumping remaining shares a couple million at a time.

We have no way of knowing.

I have asked through email for an update of the share structure dozens of times to no avail.
