Dude, the outstanding shares is already 3.3 BILLION, and BCAP has not even got their shares yet. Once he issues the shares to BCAP putting this well over 5 billion shares, Angel will just come out and say its for the best of the company they have to reverse split. I mean seriously, who wants to own a stock with 5 BILLION Shares!
