I wouldn't base any technical analysis on any message board postings. One can never tell what someones real motive is with any message board posting. If that is your only argument about technicals, I disagree with your opinion that technicals are wrong as often as they are right. And it is not a coin flip.
I do agree however that the stock may have ran at the end of feb based on expectations from their last PR. Unfortunately for the UNGS longs (and I think you're one of us) we feel let down by them not giving us an update when it was kind of expected (although they left it sort of open ended to be interpreted in different ways)
