Garth107 - I wouldn't be so happy about this. At least I'd have mixed emotions... I bet countless powerless retail investors have been complaining about knight to the SEC for years. It is only after knights arrogance turned to the bigger fish did the SEC step in. And why? Because the II have deep pockets and knight rooked the wrong ones or maybe didn't cut them in on a deal...The SEC is no protector or friend of justice for the RI...JMHO
