They work through a 3rd party typically. This way there fingerprints aren't identifiable should "inside trading" issues come to question due to excessive price movement.

Remember pple this is a risk assessment issue, Union Pac and Warren Buffet ties along with different types of contracts are all smoke and mirrors.

The movement depends on nothing more or less on if Awesome Penny Stock promo will occur.
