No, it's not. Mining is expensive. The land. The permitting. The equipment. The expert consulting. The labor. The promotion. That all means something and it all costs a lot.
If you're saying it's better for BONZ to leave it in the ground so they can perpetually tease us about getting it out, then you are on to something...but only to a certain degree. The endless business about crying wolf when it comes to gold wears thin and eventually people catch on to the game. They're going to have to deliver some gold--even a little--to have any credibility.
