Really, not sure that is true are just being used as an excuse to delay things Risk. They all want you to stay in the game as long as possible and not hurt the stock price by bailing. Thing is they do not get an indefinite period of time to get their act together as people will just take the loss or seek greener pastures for their dead money. Time to hit or get off the pot!
