Where are all the Debenture Sellers with all those imaginary share for sale?

Those that sold have been had by fictional debenture sellers.

Just because those shares were issued to retire debt the owners may be holding on to them for a huge gain in the next year or so.

This looked like a lot of retail selling mostly 100,000 or less shares, not indicative of some 17 million share holder.

Barry's shares are restricted, not even registered and he has stated that he will not sell any for at least one year.
