RMTD owned all of the assets of the company.
RMTD had tons of debt of which they secured with the assets of the company, not the company itself.
The debt holders foreclosed on the assets of the company, not the company itself, to satisfy it's debt.
Once this is done RMTD no longer owns the assets. The debt holders do.
The debt holders that now own the assets free and clear have sold those assets to Telogis.
Telogis now owns the assets of RMTD, not RMTD the company itself.
RMTD is now a company with no assets and shareholders with no value in their shares.
It sucks but that's how the chairman, also one of the debt holders, set this thing up. I consider my investment here to be a loss as well.
