They built up to a climax with the $300M deal being the big catalyst then started that is dead so everything falls apart and Chin resigns. As for the Chalays yes that should be interesting to see what happened there as far as I can tell it looks like they were paid all that money for a photo opp in front of Google and Apple what did they really do. In their contract sales were part of their duties. As far as I know only 1 was sold.
