Yes, but you have to look at the share count, if they are current and if they have a CE to compare. Now what would we be at without the baggage? Hope we find out soon, but with 2 Q'a and a K away and now March 7th, it is not looking too good at getting it done this month and at their current pace we never get caught up. The bad thing is it makes them look like they are hiding something with the delays.
