Dear _________
I am in receipt of your complaint against SSTP. This is the first I heard that SSTP used the Texas A&M name to endorse their product and company. This is a clear violation and breach of the research agreement they entered into with the Texas Engineering Experiment Station and Texas AgriLife Research. Unfortunately the office we dealt with has closed and we have not been able to identify any alternative locations or personnel to contact.
SSTP STILL OWES Texas A&M for the work done under the agreement and referenced in the article you sent us. OUR RESEARCH DID NOT SUPPORT THEIR CLAIMS. You will notice, however, that a footnote on the report posted on line clearly states this is a summary of the research and SSTP’s Chief Technology Officer added content.
Additional research of the company found a 2008 complaint by the SEC against SSTP.
