AS FOR A SIDE NOTE!

I called the company this evening and spoke to "Erick" - did some looking and he is listed as the contact on the Pawtizer website... His title there says IR but reception called him the "new controller". I spoke to him - basically called them out on the fact that they can give away $1M in a competition for cutest dog, buy billboards in Times Square and partner on movies but can't get your shit together enough to go current and his response was "Thats what I have been hired on for". So I would be looking out for some BIG TIME financial statements to hit as well as an up-list, at very least to Pink Fully Reporting. He wouldn't give up too much more, I asked when this was happening and he defaulted to SEC regs etc., the usual.

Common sense says with the amount they spent on marketing in 2010 they must have been making bank from the Food Lion deal...

They fired the old CFO back in October - I'm guessing he was a POS and our new guy Erick is cleaning up the mess....

I will be calling them again Friday/Monday to keep us all updated since all of you are too lazy ;)
