Cutting, wrong. MMs TOTALLY control this pink stock. You are very naive to think otherwise. Retail investors merely play with them. The ability to take down, naked short, run up, control the fake Level 2 show, and make you and me think we're seeing something with level 2 or charts is total mirage.
