Just one SEC will do it. When will this company update shareholders?

Why are we in the dark as far as knowing when we can expect a QFiling.

All the company has to issue is a press release stating something to the effect of an expected QFiling.

The PR could read something like this: We are in the process of finalizing the past and present Quarterly Reports which will be out by the end of the 2nd quarter. We will in the mean time continue giving our valuable investors updates as to when the first Filling will take place. That is what we want to hear, rather than some hospital being bought with some undisclosed amount and some closure to occur by the end of the first quarter.
