But remember that USSE then rescinded the license to SSTP and then JR announced that the process belonged solely to himself (and not to either SSTP or USSE) and he was going to develop it in Europe and (when successful) might then license it back to SSTP in whole or part for the US only.

As to where shares fit into what's going on..., nothing's going on.
