yes IMO??? it is either yes or no. you either know the answer or you don't. Someone subscribed to both, needs to go check their emails from december and see if they were the same, and see if BDPS released on the same day as APS or a few days later, basically copying them for the easy gain. It makes a big difference if BDPS coordinates with APS before hand, or if they jump on APS's bandwagon after the announcement.
