..."...they in fact retained the Colorado attorney to represent them..."????...but why?...why drag an attorney all the way from Colorado?...more importantly, why retain an attorney who appears to specialize in defending clients accused of things like consumer FRAUD and FRAUDulent advertising before agencies like the FTC and Colorado Attorney General's office?...seems a little -- comment se disez? -- "obtuse"?...or is it "abstruse"?...
