Strike that. I double checked RFMK's Annual Report filed on January 23rd and RFMK has gone from 225,438,022 shares outstanding on December 31st, 2011, to 691,918,022 shares outstanding now. If you think I'm just making this up, go to otcmarkets.com and you can download and read the RFMK filing yourself. Now somebody said yesterday that outstanding shares are up to 750,000,000 and this could be true but I don't see and actual company filing that proves it because the January Annual Report is RFMK's last filing of record. But if you download the Annual Report, you'll see that yeah, the company has in fact more than tripled the shares outstanding.
