..."Can you explain why cttc didn't issue a pr..."????...nope!...beats me...they definitely should have...it would have offered shareholders and potential investors at least SOME excuse for why D'Amato didn't open his TEN clinics, why Chalmers DIDN'T open his 150 clinics, and for why the anesthesiologists apparently didn't open ANY clinics in Colorado and Wyoming and why they apparently backed out of the deal altogether, leaving a gastroenterologist in charge...

...I dunno...maybe CTTC was afraid of a countersuit?...or something worse?...like maybe motivating the FTC to come calling in preparation of an amicus curiae brief and finding something they didn't like?...hey!...there's an idea...maybe that's why CTTC up and suddenly hired -- allegedly -- that Colorado attorney who specializes in defending clients before the FTC, Colorado State Attorney General and similar agencies that provide consumer protection and enforce laws against false advertising...whad'ya think?...

...regardless, when the ONE clinical trial that maybe could have helped to gain the company the critically needed third party reimbursement gets "suspended" and BOTH principal investigators suddenly DISAPPEAR from the trial description -- suggesting that the trial may be, in fact, DEAD -- then that certainly deserves a press release explaining what is going on...

...come'on, if Johnnie has the energy to put together a PR to announce another hog feeding at the BOD trough at shareholder expense, then surely he could exert himself enough to provide an explanation of what happened to the trial...

...unless, of course, he hasn't been "authorized" to...HAW!!..."authorized"!!...I just LOVE that one!...HAW!...
