However, you are correct that other carries provide international calling plans, in addition to their normal service for extra cost. PVSP has not shown that they are competitive with their cost pricing. At least AT&T indicates they change $3.99 on top of a costumer's plan and then change different international rates depending on you calling a land line or a cell. I also see that roaming changes can be applied.
Thus, PVSP may be offering a better plan, but their PR do not give enough information to justify it. Again, they need to craft their PRs to shown what is available and how Vox will become a trademark name in the industry by providing services for less. JMO
